The location was the only good thing about this hotel. We were disappointed to say the least. Was definitely not a 5 star experience. There is no real lobby, the service and staff are cold and extremely unhelpful and some are rude. Arrived at the bar for our welcome drink and the lady at the bar tells us they ran out of the welcome drink with no apology. We were there for NYE and felt we were not welcome at all. We went across the street to the hotel for 2 nights and had drinks at their bar as the staff and hospitality there was very welcoming and very friendly . Definitely not 5 star quality…terrible service, towels, sheets , napkins are very rough. Water changes suddenly from cold to scalding hot. Regret spending our time at this hotel.

The only minor problem was the towels which were quite thin and well worn. We would stay there again
